Ryan started his career as an apprentice plumber some 20 years ago and a few years later his entrepreneurial spirit lead him to start his own plumbing and civil business Cappello Hydraulics and Civil.

His passion for commercial and large-scale residential projects saw the introduction of CORE in 2010. Today, the Group employs over 150 staff and has become one of the largest private business employers in ACT. Ryan’s day to day involves meetings with Executive Management focusing on Growth Opportunities, Project Deliverables, Finance, Risk and Operational Matters and a heavy focus on the overall Group Strategy.

Ryan has over 20 years’ experience in managing a successful large business. He brings leadership, innovation, inclusiveness, and entrepreneurship to the Group through his wealth of experience in construction and property development. His ability to recognise talent and build trusted working relationships has allowed Ryan to build an excellent work culture for staff to thrive.

Martine is one of the founding directors of Core.

Martine has over 20 years’ experience in managing a successful large business. Her day to day involves managing all aspects of running a business from finance, operations, administration to resourcing.

Martine brings leadership and strategy to Core. She has a wealth of experience in construction and property development. Whilst managing Core, she is also a Director of Core’s sister company Cappello Hydraulics and Civil Pty Limited. She is one of the driving force behind the Group’s success.

Aaron joined Core in September 2016 as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

Aaron has over 18 years’ experience as a finance professional with management skills across the areas of leadership, strategy, finance, operations and transformation; he has worked in senior finance roles within the Property Development, Construction and the Big Four Accounting firms.

Aaron brings with him a wealth of experience in construction and property development. Prior to joining Core, he was in a senior finance role with an Industry Superannuation Fund where he managed the financial and APRA compliance requirements. In his role with Core, Aaron is driving the strategic direction of the Group with a strong focus on establishing a rigorous compliance governance framework.

He is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Chartered Tax Advisor. He is responsible for the day to day financial, treasury and compliance functions of the Group.

Emily is responsible for oversight and management of the development side of Core’s projects, from project inception to delivery. Key responsibilities include due diligence, project team coordination, design development, development approvals, Government and stakeholder engagement, oversight of marketing and sales and project feasibility.

Emily has a background in Town Planning, having completed a degree at the University of Canberra in 2016. Prior to joining Core, Emily worked as a Town Planning consultant serving both Government and private sector clients on a range of complex commercial, residential, and industrial developments across NSW and the ACT. Given Emily’s Town Planning background, she also manages all development approvals and town planning for Core in-house.
